Method & process for application

The Preparation Work

1. Check the bucket elevator, separator and other auxiliary equipments before use. Make sure that they have about 30% capacity margin.
2. Tools preparation: One stopwatch, one measuring cylinder (100~200ml), one liquid dosing pump and one obtuse bipartite outlet with the voltage of 220 are needed.

3. How to use: You may add the grinding aid directly to the fresh material on the conveyor from proportion station or to the conveyor after the separator. Try to get close to the inlet of the mill. If the temperature of the material is too high, you should dilute the grinding aid to 10~50% before use. The higher the temperature is, the lower the aid deepness will be.

      M--used aid per cement (g/t.cement)
      G--the capacity of the grinding system (t/h)
      C--the deepness of the grinding aid (no dilution is 1)
      P--the density of the grinding aid (from 1.10 to 1.20)

The Process For The Aid Using

     1. First, about 250~280g/t grinding aid is used for cement grinding. Choose a suitable time and start the liquid dosing pump. Then use stopwatch and measuring cylinder to measure the capacity of the pump for one minute. Adjust the pump capacity to the value you got from the equation and keep the accuracy of the pump at ±1 millimeter.
     2. Normally, 60~100 minutes after the grinding aid is used, the electric current of the circulation elevator will drop. The cement product will become finer and also the sound of the mill is slivery. If so, the capacity of the system will increase directly without changing the volume of the grinding aid. The capacity increasing rate should be no bigger than 5% each time. You can do it 2~4 times to get a total increasing rate of about 10~20% but the rate will be smaller and smaller.
     3. If the electric current of the bucket elevator rises or the product becomes coarser after the grinding aid is used. You should reduce the volume of the grinding aid correctly until the things go well.

4. After the capacity has increased, you may adjust the volume of the grinding aid to a most economical point. You can use dosing pump to convey Tianheng^® grinding aid. You needn't buy any equipment and the way to use it is very easy. The volume of the grinding aid is usually 0.02%.(0.2kg/t cement)
